Transactional Trump is selling to Putin

In the rantings of a stupid person, it is clear to see the strategy in the air vent between Trumps ears. Just let him rumble on and stagger and stutter, his limited vocabulary jumping from one unfinished sentence to the next, something of an idea can sometimes emerge from the orange sweaty crevice. He knows he is not supposed to say he wants Putin to win the war, he knows he has got to be politically savvy speaking to the media but he lacks the acumen and the wherewithal to not give the game away in such a "low IQ" manner.  Donald Trump is a narcissistic infant that craves acceptance from the powerful and the rich. A notable psychiatrist would have plenty to say (and have already) on the matter. His second most want is money. Money equals power to Donald Trump. He sees the prospect of owning property in Gaza and the oil in Greenland. Not for America's benefit. But for Donald Trumps.  It should be of major concern to the people of the free world when there is a closed doo...

Kemi Badenoch tries to Block Childrens Safety Bill to score Political points

January 2025 started off with a BANG in the political western hemisphere. Whilst the USA MAGA clan is channelling its Star Wars empire era with its Supreme Orange Leader threatening the invasion of Canada, Mexico, Panama and Greenland, across the pond another kind of inner political war is waging albeit within the boundaries of its own parliament building.  The right hand side of the UK's team "democracy," the Tory party along with Reform UK have decided instead of trying to help run a country efficiently after 14 years of decadent abuse in power, they have spent their time over the last week  creating a false scandal to try and bring down the Labour party. Specifically,  a co-ordinated hit piece on Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and Labour MP Jess Philips about not doing anything about child exploitation and grooming gangs in Oldham over the last decade has seen multiple tabloid headlines and right wing hillbillies launch an assault on the Labour government to mak...

2025 Here we go

And so we enter 2025. And to be honest I do not enter it with much optimism. The caveat of the divide between everyday people in western society is now so great, governing a country is no longer about making the country and the planet better, but to get one over our supposed “rival.” It is impossible for stability and progression to flourish in such a deluded landscape. And yet we are told this is the system in which our society strives.  It doesn't.  My favourite football team is Manchester United. Has been since I was 6. The glory days of Sir Alex Ferguson, the treble, the hair dryer treatment and learning about the history of the club from its infancy at Newton Heath, through the Munich air disaster, the rebirth of the Busby Babes all the way until today where the club is rotten inside and out from its destitute vulture capitalist owners. Unfortunately sports fans are stuck. You cannot switch sides. At least you are not supposed to anyway.  When blinded loyalty ...

How the Middle Class is key to a sustainable society, according to Aristotle

Aristotle's Politics , a cornerstone of Western political philosophy, remains a compelling framework to analyze modern governance systems. Despite the millennia separating his writings from today’s world, the principles Aristotle articulated—balance, justice, and the pursuit of the common good—offer powerful insights into the successes and shortcomings of contemporary democracies, oligarchies, and autocracies. Aristotle’s Taxonomy of Governments Aristotle categorized governments into six forms, divided by two overarching criteria: Who rules —the one, the few, or the many. For whose benefit —the ruler(s) or the common good. The result was three "ideal" systems—monarchy, aristocracy, and polity—and their corrupt counterparts: tyranny, oligarchy, and democracy (or mob rule). In his view, governance thrives when leaders prioritize the common good and fails when power serves only the rulers. In the modern era, Aristotle’s concepts resonate through the variety of governments o...

The Corporate Greed Killing Manchester United: A Case Study in Late-Stage Capitalism

Sunday 22nd 2024. Manchester United 0 - Bournemouth 3. For the first time in Premier League history, Manchester United will be in the bottom half of the table on Christmas day. Oh how the mighty have fallen.  Manchester United, once the jewel of English football and a bastion of working-class pride, has devolved into a glaring symbol of corporate greed. Its trajectory—from a community-rooted club to a soulless, profit-driven enterprise—offers a powerful lens through which we can examine the corrosive effects of unchecked capitalism on culture, society, and the things people hold dear. Under the ownership of the Glazer family and now part owned with billionaire Jim Ratcliffe, Manchester United’s narrative has transformed from a storied legacy of footballing triumphs into an indictment of corporate exploitation. This is the story of how a football club, symbolic of working-class identity, became a financial plaything—and why it should serve as a warning to all industries. From ...

Elon Musk’s Attempt to Fund Reform UK: A Billionaire’s Takeover of Politics?

Elon Musk—tech tycoon, space baron, and dictator in waiting—is reportedly considering financial support for Reform UK. This move has ignited a fierce debate about the role of billionaires in shaping political landscapes, especially in an era where populist rhetoric increasingly masks corporate-driven agendas. Is Musk truly a rebel against the system, or does his latest political maneuver signify yet another instance of the wealthy elite undermining democratic principles for their own interests? Let’s unpack the implications. Reform UK and Musk’s Interests Reform UK positions itself as a party “for the people,” championing deregulation, low taxes, and economic freedoms. For a billionaire like Musk, who thrives on reduced oversight and minimal constraints on his business ventures, supporting such a party is an investment—not an act of philanthropy. Musk’s companies, including Tesla and SpaceX, have often benefitted from regulatory loopholes and government subsidies. In the UK, a party li...
